The first Annual General Meeting of the Mambo Foundation, Inc. has been set for 01 July 2006.

The meeting is held in line with our corporate guidelines and the principal item of business will be the voting for the Board of Directors. The AGM is open to all members in good standing and you can either attend in person or via teleconference.

Physical Meeting
If you are in the Melbourne area and would like to attend the physical meeting, it is being held at the MiroNet offices, Level 18, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 Australia. Please send Peter Lamont an email that you will be attending the physical meeting at .

Electronic Meeting
If, like the majority of us, you wish to attend the meeting electronically, we will be connecting with the physical meeting via Skype with a Skypecast located here.

Currently, Skypecasts are only offered on the Windows platform. To attend via Skypecast, please make sure you are running version 2.5 of Skype, available here for Windows users.
