Donations to the Mambo-Foundation are currently used for the following purposes:

• payment of legal fees to third parties for IP defense
• payment of legal fees to third parties relating to corporate governance
• bank and transaction charges

In addition to the above, excess funds are simply accrued by the organization as a fund against future expenses. No salaries are paid to any team members or the Board of Directors.
