Please note that we will do our best to publish on this site in timely fashion minutes of Mambo Foundation Board Meetings. While the Board favours transparency, there are some matters that are not appropriate for publication on a public website due to issues of personal privacy relating to third parties or other legal constraints. When such matters are on the agenda, the Board may chose to hold a closed session. Closed sessions are not favoured and their use will be avoided if at all possible. Full records of minutes, including decisions made during closed sessions, are filed with the corporate secretary and archived as part of the official records of the Foundation.

General Membership Meetings

2006 AGM
The 2006 Annual General Membership Meeting was held at the Foundation's corporate offices, and simultaneously online, on 01 July, 2006. The only item of business was holding elections for the Board members. The vote occurred and the meeting was adjourned with no further business conducted. The results of the election were subsequently publicized on this site and via other channels.
